How to Enter

1. Set up a recurring buy on fGLD or fSLVR.
Minimum 50 NOK or equivalent per purchase. Pick any pair (NOK, EUR, or USDM). Weekly, biweekly, monthly - your choice.

2. Let it trigger during the contest period.
When your recurring buy executes, you get one entry into that specific contest. Set up a recurring buy on fGLD? You're entered for the gold. Set up one on fSLVR? You're entered for the silver. You only get one entry per contest.

3. Winners get real metal shipped to their door.
Gold contest winner gets 1 gram of physical gold. Silver contest winner gets 100 grams of physical silver. Real metal delivered to your address. Or keep it as tokens if you prefer.

Official Contest Terms and Conditions

By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Contest Overview
This promotion consists of two separate contests: the fGLD Gold Contest and the fSLVR Silver Contest. Each contest has one winner. Participants may enter both contests by setting up recurring buys on both fGLD and fSLVR.

2. Contest Period
Start date: Monday, February 9, 2026, 13:00 PM CET
End date: Friday, March 6, 2026, 13:00 PM CET

Entries must be triggered (executed recurring buys) during this period to be valid. Recurring buys set up before the contest period but triggered during it are valid.

3. Eligibility
Open to all NBX users who meet the following requirements:
- Must have a verified NBX account in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least one recurring buy triggered during the contest period
- Must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Individuals officially affiliated with or partnered with NBX are not eligible to win
- Participants must be in jurisdictions where NBX operates and where contests are legally permitted
New users who sign up and verify their account during the contest period are eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter
fGLD Gold Contest: Set up a recurring buy on fGLD (tokenized gold) with a minimum purchase value of 50 NOK or equivalent per execution. As long as your recurring buy executes at least once during the contest period, you're entered into the gold contest.

fSLVR Silver Contest: Set up a recurring buy on fSLVR (tokenized silver) with a minimum purchase value of 50 NOK or equivalent per execution. As long as your recurring buy executes at least once during the contest period, you're entered into the silver contest.

You may set up recurring buys on one or both assets to enter one or both contests.

Accepted trading pairs: NOK, EUR, or USDM.
Accepted frequencies: Weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

5. Prizes
fGLD Gold Contest Prize: 1 gram of physical gold OR equivalent value in fGLD tokens deposited to winner's NBX account.

fSLVR Silver Contest Prize: 100 grams of physical silver OR equivalent value in fSLVR tokens deposited to winner's NBX account.

Winners will be contacted via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize and specify whether they prefer physical delivery or token deposit.

Physical prizes will be shipped to the winner's registered address on file with NBX. Winners are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees associated with receiving physical metal.

Tokens will be deposited directly into the winner's NBX account within 7 business days of prize confirmation.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. NBX reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the specified prizes become unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Draw date: Monday, March 9 2026, 14:00 PM CET

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a random selection method. The draw will be recorded on video and winners will be selected by entry number. The gold contest winner will be drawn first, followed by the silver contest winner.

Winners will be notified via email to their registered NBX account email address within 7 days after the draw date.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, NBX reserves the right to exclude that winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The draw video and winner first names may be used in NBX marketing materials.

7. Verification
NBX reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all winners. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and account verification. Failure to provide requested verification within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

NBX reserves the right to exclude any winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.

8. Tax Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with receiving their prize.

NBX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

- Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Manipulates the entry process
- Has an account that is suspended, closed, or in violation of NBX's Terms of Service
- Provides false or misleading information

NBX is not responsible for:
- Technical failures or malfunctions
- Interrupted or unavailable network connections
- Failed, incomplete, or delayed transmissions
- Recurring buys that fail to execute due to insufficient funds, technical issues, or user error
- Market fluctuations affecting the value of tokens and metals.

12. Modifications and Cancellation
NBX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or causes beyond NBX's reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, NBX will attempt to notify participants via email.

13. General Conditions
- One prize per person maximum across both contests
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable
- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their first name for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation
- Entry into this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
- NBX's decisions regarding all aspects of this contest, including eligibility determinations, are final and binding
- This contest is subject to NBX's general Terms of Service. In case of any conflict, these contest-specific terms take precedence.
