NBX banking survey, autumn 2026
These terms cover the draw attached to the NBX banking survey. By leaving your email address at the end of the survey, you enter the draw and accept these terms.
You can enter if you are an NBX customer with completed identity verification, and you are 18 or older.
Employees of NBX and their immediate household cannot enter.
You must still be an NBX customer with completed identity verification at the time of the draw. If your account is closed or your verification is incomplete when we draw, we pick another winner.
Open the survey and leave a valid email address in the field at the end.
The email field is optional. You can complete the survey without it, but then you are not in the draw.
One entry per person. If you submit the survey several times with the same email address, you get one entry. If we see multiple entries from the same person under different addresses, we remove all of them.
Entering is free. You do not need to buy, deposit or trade anything to enter or to win.
The survey closes on 11 October 2026.
We draw the winners at random from all valid entries during the week of 12 to 18 October 2026.
Five winners each receive 1 gram of gold, as 1 fGLD token credited to your NBX account.
fGLD is backed by physical gold. If you want the metal itself, you can redeem the token for physical gold through the normal redemption process, on the terms that apply to redemption at the time.
The value of fGLD moves with the gold price and can go up or down after it is credited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another prize. It is not transferable to another person.
We contact each winner by email at the address left in the survey, within 14 days of the draw.
You need to reply within 14 days to confirm. If we do not hear back in that time, we can draw a replacement winner.
Any tax on the prize is the winner's own responsibility. Speak to the Norwegian Tax Administration or your own adviser if you are unsure.
Norwegian Block Exchange AS, org.nr 920 245 676, is the data controller.
Your survey answers are anonymous. The email address is stored separately from your answers and is used to run the draw and contact the winners.
If you tick the marketing box at the end of the survey, we also use your email address to contact you about future banking services. That is separate from your draw entry, it is not a condition of entering, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We delete the email addresses within 60 days after the draw, unless you ticked the marketing box, or we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
You can ask us to delete your entry at any time by emailing support@nbx.com. That removes you from the draw.

The survey is market research. It is not an offer or solicitation for any product or service. No banking licence has been granted, and no banking product can be offered before one is.
This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, and is in no way associated with Google. Google Forms is only used to collect responses.
We can cancel or amend the draw if something outside our control makes it necessary, such as a technical failure or a change in the rules that apply to us. If we do, we post a notice on this page.
Our decision on entries and winners is final.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute goes before the Norwegian courts.
